GENERAL POLICIES

Service Level Agreement

1access.net makes available to all customers a service level agreement pertaining to 1access.net equipment including radius, email, hosting, newsgroups, etc. We guarantee 99% uptime within the year and 95%+ each month. If we fail to reach this percentage we agree to credit ISP's back for services they have purchased according to the formula stated in the contract. We pride ourselves on having high uptime and want you and your endusers to be happy with all services purchased through 1access.net.

Customer Protection

All clients must sign a contract, which provides several non-compete clauses, protecting your customers from being swayed to switch to another ISP. The contract also guarantees no contact will be made between us and your customers.
